Thanksgiving Day Leftovers Casserole

Spray nonstick spray in a 9 x 13 pan. Put a layer of leftover stuffing in bottom of pan, on top of that I used leftover green bean casserole mixed with a can of drained mixed vegetables. On top of that I cubed up some turkey and then did a thin layer of mayonnaise over that. Put a layer of mashed potatoes over all and seal to the edges with the mashed potatoes. Then sprinkle grated cheddar on top. Cook at 375 degrees 30 to 40 minutes or till heated through.

Sitting here thinking...fix supper...fix supper; the above sounds so good right now and I don't have any leftovers to make it!

Golly gee, does this recipe ever sound yummy!

Like yourself, CL, I have no leftovers to tackle this, but this is one I'm adding to my list to try! Thank you for it.

It is really good, this past Thanksgiving we got tired of the regular leftovers and I threw this together; it came out really good!

Do you think it would also work without the mayo? I like the idea of the mayo though but wondered if it would be dry without?

I think it would, I just use it in various recipes because it does give an extra flavor, but without it in this I would think would work just fine.
