Creamy Chicken and Mushrooms

    Creamy Chicken and Mushrooms

    3 chicken breast, cooked & cubed
    8oz softened cream cheese (lite)
    1/2 cup sour cream (lite)
    12 oz can evaporated milk (lite)
    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
    2 small cans of sliced mushrooms drained
    1 tsp minced garlic
    Salt and pepper to taste
    8 to 12 oz. penne or any pasta

    Cook pasta acording to directions
    Beat cream cheese, add evaporated milk, stir in garlic, sour cream, and parmesan cheese. Add chicken and heat through stirring so it doesnt' scorch. Salt and pepper to taste. When pasta is al dente, drain place in a baking dish add sauce bake in oven 35 minutes (5 to 7 minutes in mirowave) bubbly and heated through. You can also top with extra parmesan cheese before baking.
