I actually enjoy left overs depending on how they were cooked, and if I am home long enough to enjoy them. Even Pizza can taste better the next day, but not 2 - 7 days later.

Thumbs up

I hate leftover peas! lol I dislike them but Hate leftover peas.

With most vegetables, gravies I just store in my freezermates (TW) and when I am ready for vegetable soup or beef stew i have all the ingredients. Just add pasta or rice . Throw in my crockpot low and forget it til dinner.

My favourite left over is fish, I love a piece of fresh cooked fish cold the next day.
Personally I don't think pasta is ever as nice reheated, only to be eaten first time.

Pinto beans also taste better the next day. Last week, I made a pork roast. We ate a 3rd of it, the next day, I made port roast enchiladas and everyone begged for more!!!!, the last 3rd I made BBQ roast for sandwiches. As long as the leftovers are a whole new meal, I am good. If I am just reheating them, I don't like them.
