Happy face

Thanks Patti. I'll be back online as soon as I can. It's gonna be a long trip & I know I'm gonna be worn out for a few days.

Saturday the kids and I will be working at the Girl Scout & church booth at the festival in town. Sunday after working 4 hrs in the church kitchen will spend the afternoon with the inlaws and bil that is coming into town for the weekend. Monday will depend on if bil made plans with friends or not.

Minny, hope you have a safe trip.

Our plans for Labor Day weekend have changed somewhat due to weather (Hurricane Earl) Since it is going to rain tonight and part of tomorrow (with winds) we won't be going to the island. I have a lot of work I want to get done at home. Dh may go for part of the weekend or may stay home, he still isn't sure. I kind of wish he would go and take ds2 because it always seems I can get more done (and it stays done) when the two of them are not under foot! Looks like Labor Day weekend will be lots of labor for me LOL.

I've decided we're not going anywhere this year. I know that sounds boring, but I am currently stuck in the middle of road work zones that have been semi-operational for about the last 6 months. My DH is on call (yet again) this holiday and the company phone has hit/miss cell service regardless of where we are. Not to mention many of the drivers seem to have the "me" complex active with out the holiday driving, so I just know I don't need to be on the road with them during the holiday driving. I wish everyone who is going on a road trip a safe and happy time.
