Fruit and Oats Breakfast Sundaes
Both of my DS's loved these as they were growing up.
2/3 cup water
1/3 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1 tbsp raisins
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
In a 2 cup microwave bowl combine water, rolled oats, raisins and cinnamon and mix well. Microwave on HIGH 1/2 minutes or till thickened. Stir in brown sugar and spoon oatmeal into 2 bowls. Top each with yogurt and fruit. 2 servings
