Easy Soft Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
chocholate chips (optional)

Preheat oven to 325
Combine peanut butter and sugar, when mixed well drop in egg and mix.
Drop dough on non stick cookie sheet with fork or spoon. Bake at 325 about 10-15 minutes til gloden brown.

Thanks for the recipe, easy and I bet delicioius. Do the cookies stay soft in a tin then? With the chips I bet they are great!
