FC Challenge: Recipe Testers Needed!

Ok folks, we are doing it again. Except this time, instead of testing kid's crafts, we are testing recipes from the new book "Healthy Food for Healthy Kids: A Practical and Tasty Guide to Your Child's Nutrition" by Bridget Swinney.

Testing will involve preparing one or two recipes (minimum of one) and reporting the results in these categories:

1) Tastiness: did your kids like it?
2) Ingredients: were they easily accessible?
3) Prep: was it easy to prepare?

Other questions will include whether or not your kids generally eat more junk food than healthy snacks (this will help determine if switching them to healthier foods will be easy or difficult. This is NOT a test of your parental abilities!!)

Please let me know if you would like to paticipate in this test panel. As with our craft panel, no minimum # of posts are required, however, the deadline for preparing these recipes and reporting results will be January 21, 2005.

If you feel you can complete this by then, please POST A REPLY HERE (do not email it to me) no later than January 7, 2005. Recipe testers will be sent two recipes to try.

Please indicate if there are any food allergies that will inhibit you from testing a recipe (peanuts, etc).

Thanks everyone and Happy New Year!

UPDATE
The date will change on this, sorry for the delay!

Count me in again! The timing is great, again, as my neice and nephew will be back down in 2 weeks. The last time it was great fun.
Thanks!
Sharon

No allergies here, either
