There is good news in my case. After nearly 7 years of living with us, we adopted out grandchildren on December 18, 2015! The parents gave us grief because they did not return the attorney's phone calls and never gave us an address to be notified. The children are so happy and until the parents turn their lives around, we will not have them in our lives for the sake of the children. The oldest is a teenager now and she wants nothing to do with her parents. She said she is tired of the lies and broken promises.I cannot say that I blame her. At least, we are now functioning better as a family and the children are doing so well in school now!
