Dreams

Does anyone else have lots of dreams every night? I think it is like going to the movies, but I am in them! I try to write them down, but usually forget them right away!

You know, recently I have been having these dreams and I wake up WANTING TO GO BACK THERE!!! The dreams are so beautiful and the people so friendly but I wake up with so little memory of the dream that I don't know WHERE I was or WHO I was with, only that I want to go back there!!!

Sometimes I will have dreams that bring back some of my better childhood memories growing up in Tacoma and I love those!!

I used to have horrible nightmares about the not so good memories of my childhood but as I have gotten older, those dreams have become fewer and fewer. Thank God!
I still occasionally have nightmares of horses.....and have always been afraid of them simply because of these dreams! Unrational, I know, but true!! I would like to go horsebackriding someday....I think (LOL!!!) to get over this fear!

hugs,train

I dream alot and remember quite a few of them...some dreams I too like to return to, and it seems like if I think that, I do..lol

Some dreams my dog wakes me up for I was making little sounds..in those dreams I was trying to yell..or scream!

One dream I had was that I had a dead person in bed with me! Yikes! I was glad my dog woke me up...I didn't know who the person was either...

My sister said I should start writing Stephen Kings novels...lol

;-)

My dreams seem to be "variations on a theme"

You know that dream where you are back in the hallway at school & you don't remember which class you have next, have no books & have no idea where your locker is or how to get to it? I have dreams similar to that VERY often. I'll be somewhere, needing to get to another place & am clueless as to directions, I can remember I've been there before, it should be a no-brainer, but I can't begin to find my way there! I'm panicked, feel way out of sorts, it's absolutely horrible. And it always seems that everyone else all around me is busy coming & going, they all KNOW where they're headed, etc....I'm the only one who is totally lost with no idea which direction to turn. Or, another dream: I'm VERY VERY late for some big important meeting, or for work, or I am headed somewhere & don't have all the correct paperwork, or the money I'm supposed to have, or forgot something extremely important that I had the responsibility to bring to this place with all the big important people expecting me, & I'm thinking to myself about how much trouble I'm in & what am I gonna do now?!

I'd give anything just to understand what my stressful dreams are about. I'm retired, my schedule is pretty much my own most of the time - I had tons of stress during my earlier years as a single working Mom, etc. but that's all behind me now....so why am I dreaming all this stuff NOW?!! Just doesn't make sense to me.

I'd also love to enjoy my dreams! I can only imagine having a pleasant dream, much less one that I'd want to return to!!

Enjoy those wonderful dreams for me, too, okay?!!

So, Dadia,

What path is your life following these days?

It seems to me that your dream meant that in your youth you had it all figured out..and now things seem to be passing you by... and you are confused as to where the time went, and you are sort of stranded in the middle with no clear sense of direction. People may or may not be expecting things of you,,but youseem to be expecting things of yourself ....

So, how ARE you feeling? LOLOL!!

I very rarely remember my dreams if it wasn't for the fact that everyone is supposed to dream I'd say I never do.
My hubby says he remembers 3 or 4 dreams a night.

Bilby, when you start to go to sleep say to yourself over and over..I will remember my dreams and see what happens.

I am barely drifting off and the movie begins for me...one good thing, if it is scary I say "next"...lol It works for me. lol

Everyone dreams, some people just never remember them.

Try it and see Bilby!

SWEET DREAMS TO YOU!;-)

Sometimes I remember my dreams sometimes I don't. It usually depends on how tired I am. I remember when I was pregnant I had the most vivid specific dreams sometimes nightmares. It was pretty scary. I do have a dream book and I remember to look in it when I do remember my dreams. They usually mean quite the oposite of what I was dreaming but what was going on in my life.

blushing Make Dreams

I have been writing a book in my dreams for years When I lay down to go to sleep I just pick up where I left off last night. I dream alot besides that sometimes I wake up exhausted from so many and I remember them all. They are mostly tied into my daily life events but with a twist that only dreams can do .
