Garden doing real good. Been picking tomatoes every day now. Freezing them for later use especially the roma tomatoes. The rabbits are starting to get at the ones at the bottom of the vines. Rain has really help them take off. Next year want to get higher cages for support that way can keep them off the ground.

bar_bar.... Thought your story was good. Would not worry about the comments about the ending. It is your story and how you wanted to write it. Not everyone thinks the same just their opinion. Know you are busy now but continue writing what you feel.

Your tomatoes look so yummy, Sueann!!! Wish I had the talent to garden but I have no green thumb to speak of!! Fortunately we have a great Farmers Market in our neighborhood!!!

DH and I are going to an outdoor concert tonight........they are every Thursday night and we have enjoyed going to these the past few weeks!! There is a great chinese restaurant there where we can get a nice, filling dinner......I love the mushroom chicken.....and drink for 5 dollars each...and you can keep going back inside for drink refills during the concert! It's nice, gives us an inexpensive night out without breaking the bank!!
Last week we saw "Fifty First Dates" at our theatre that charges .50 cents to get in on Tuesday nights!!!
Well, I know I will have to get another job soon but am surely enjoying having our evenings together again......and just BEING HOME in the daytime!!!!

hugs, train

Boy, those tomatoes are beauties!!

Do you grow them in the hot sun, or in partial shade? Every time we tried tomatoes here, the plants began well, but hot sun really burned them up. We never have had any luck here ,but up in the U.P. where we had a large garden, there were 125 tomato plants, and they were coming out of our ears.

Sueanne ~ NICE tomatoes!! My tomatoes are just beginning to form. I'm drooling just counting them! Oh, How I envy you.....

:+((((( Sad to say, my dgd had to return to Indiana this week end. As I said my good byes, I already missed her company. Felt that empty feeling, just like when Mom has to return home. :+((((( My "Fur~Balls" miss her, too. Go from room to room searching..... :+(

:daisy Yes, today in Michigan, is really on the cool side. We'll be lucky to reach the 70* that was predicted this morning. Good thing the sun is shining. I did the washing and hung it outside. Love the fresh air smell on the laundry .....

GOOD morning....

dh didn't feel like going to Promise Keeper, he not feeling well at , and staying so tired... he says he is feeling pain where that aneurysm is as well as in the back, the doctors told us at the final stage of this as it got to the size of 4.5 to 5 he would be feeling this.
I just hope and pray that it won't do anything before hand, for if it burst it will only take 8 min before he is dead.

Promise keeper is on the radio as KCBI is airng it, so we both are istening to it. he in his recliner in the bedroom taking it easy and listening...

My radio is next to my computer as it stays there.

Carol Ann you I thought she was planning on staying longer than what she did.
I know you both have memories that will stay with you
and glad you had that time together.

take care and may you all have a great day and rest of the weekend.

I am not "up" on each one's problems, but your last post sounds very serious. You say your dh has an aneurysm?? What is going to be done about it, and when? Is there a reason for waiting until sometime later? Can't something be done now? They are very dangerous. I'll keep him in my prayers, and the best for him.

Blondie my dear, thanks you for being so concern.. yes it is very very serious... this is why they wanted to wait till it got to a size 4.5 to a 5... the last time we had it checked it was almost a 4.5... this is why we feel he will be having surgery in July... the doctors wanted it to get to that size to balance the scales. as the surgery is such a risky surgery... they wanted him to live as long as he could for we know that once he has this surgery he may not come off of the table. We knew this 2 yrs ago when we found out about this aneurysm. Also the doctor told us when it gets that point it hurting the back is another sign that it ready to be tooken.. he is hurting in the back now.

this aneurysm is a adobmen arota aneurysm, meaning in the main view....one tiny tiny cut wrong and he dead....

we will know more July 7th... when they will schedule this surgery
he is ready for it....he tired, and wants it on his birthday in ca
se he cannot make it he would make a complete circle of life and death on the day he was born and the day he died.

also we had to wait till his medicare kicked in... July 1st...
as the doctors told him, if it got any worst we won't wait...

it been a long journey for us.. and we are almost there.
it been hard on me too. this is one reason I love Fc for I can focus on others, beside of our own problems....
this was why I had enjoyed our annivesary this time around (the 22nd) for I know it could be count down for us...
but I know He is in GOD"S hands... and GOD has me wrap in friendship here, and next to me at home....

agan thanks for your concern sweetie....
now I just ask for prayers, and thank all who stays in prayer with us for this... for strength for myself to stay strong...

GOD BLESS.
OH here is a picture Linda Lou wanted me to post for you... it her
Fluffly

Blondie, I so wanted to share my cat Fluffy with you since I know how much you love cats. I hope it sends some cheer to you.
Thanks to Bar_bar, you can see him. He is very big, about 16 lb. and so sweet and loving. He acts more like a dog in a cat suit, LOL.
