I'm glad you found out what caused your hives. They can be so miserable.

You must have quite a few trees if your dh still is trimming. I'll bet your veggies are doing great with the rain you have had. It
finally rained here this afternoon, and things look sooo nice and green, and fresh. I love it when it still is cloudy after a rain. The color of everything is so pretty.

The arm is bothering me some. It seems to begin to ache when I keep it bent to type. I feel something still is wrong, and am going to the dr. tomorrow morning. He wanted to see me anyway to find out what is happening.

Guess I have to stop. Am going to watch some TV now. Everyone have a good evening, and a pleasant tomorrow.

Blondie~~~ That was some rain we had this afternoon. The winds were very strong too. We needed the rain it really helped the lawns alot. The fruit trees are doing good nice and full. Got a knock on the door today, it was the state farm agriculture. They were going around checking to see if there were any diseased fruit trees around. Made me come out and show him where my orange tree was. Good thing they were healthy otherwise would have to cut it down. Guess it is a good idea they check otherwise the orange business would die. Have alot of orange farms in the area and a juice plant that makes frozen orange juice.
Sorry to hear your arm is still bothering you. Glad you are having it checked before you go away.
Took a picture of my neighbors crepe myrtle bush. Thought you would enjoy seeing it.

That color crape myrtle is so pretty. I had had the lilac-colored ones, because they reminded me of my lilacs at home, but when I saw this color, wished I'd have had ONE of it. Now all I have left is one lilac-colored one. The other three were cut down
a few years ago as they were not all that good anymore. One in front had too much shade after the maple trees grew so big, and it didn't get enough sun. I have hanging pots on it now, and a bird bath there, too. Have thought of growing a flowering vine on it, possibly.

Blondie~~~~ Guess it is only you and I on here. Shawn will probably get rid of it if it is not used any more.

The reason my Dh is always cutting branches is they start extending to far out worried about them hitting the house. Everytime we cut a branch off another one seems to grow from the same spot. Camphor trees are very hardy grow a foot or more a year. Love the shade otherwise would take it down completely. My Dh is over my Ds house today trimming bushes for him. He is like you likes to keep busy. He packs a lunch and brings a snack. He enjoys his cats brings them treats when he visits.
It is already 79* this morning should be a hot day today. Will probably head to the pool if it does not rain this afternoon. Talk to you again... have a good day.

I can tell your DH loves being outdoors, too. It just is something one has to love to do, I guess. I have some astilbes ordered, but they have not arrived yet. I'll have to tell my DH to stick them in some soil I have all ready, and to water them so they don't die before I get home again.

Well, the mending, ironing, cleaning, spaghetti sauce, chili, and muffins are all done, so one more going over with the cleaner, laundry, and packing to go, and, I"M READY TO GO!! Tuesday's the day. Have to be at the airport at 8:15 (three hours ahead of time). Plane is to take off at 11:15, and get to Detroit Met. at 1:51 PM. It really gets me that it takes less time to go the whole way by plane, but takes us three hours to drive to the Fla.-Ga. border from our house. Don't care to do that anymore if I can help it. Car's all gassed up for the drive to Orlando Airport.

If she should get in touch with us, maybe we would be able to see her. It's up to her. We DO miss her. If we hear from, or see her we surely will tell her hello from you.

Blondie~~~ I always loved working outdoors too. Since my eye surgery afraid of bending up and down too much. Find he enjoys doing what ever he wants outside let him pick the flowers to plant. Not always what I would plant but he likes them. He gets up early so gets alot accomplished before it gets too hot. Went down to the pool for an hour enjoy the girl talk there. Nothing like flying to get there fast. My brother was visiting my Mom in NY hit a couple of pot holes blew out two tires. The car is only a couple months old did alot of damage. Had to rent a car to get back home. Will take some time to fix it.

Have you lived in Alaska your entire life ? I've always wanted to visit Alaska. I had a friedn once that went to Alaska on her honeymoon... all the way from Houston to Alaska on a motorcycle!
