Bucket List

Do you have a "Bucket List"? I have a list of things I would like to do and once I started my "bucket list"; I seem to actually get to where I can cross some things off! Looks like having it leads me more to actually doing some of the things I really want to do before I kick the "bucket"

I love the idea of a "Bucket List". It keeps us aware of what would really give us JOY. I saw the other day that former President Clinton made a bucket list. His is much more ambitious it seems than mine is. He would like to climb Kilimanjaro.

I would love to travel to Italy and also see some of the West Coast of the US. Perhaps Seattle or the Monterey area of California.

My most urgent wish on my bucket list is to get my living room and hall carpeting replaced... Hope that will be accomplished by the end of summer. Also for this summer is wish to get to one of the Maine islands I have never been to.

...Get right with God...
...Go to NYC

...Go to the New England states
...Go to Canada and Alaska

...Go back to Omega retreat house atleast one more time.

Newdaawn...where do you live? I am on the west coast. The northern Monterey area and Big Sur coastline are absolutely gorgeous!!!
San Fransisco is also very fun to visit!

I have also lived in Washington and Seattle is a beautiful city!

Originally, my bucket list was to complete college (preferably a PhD), become a therapist, have a 68' Corvette and paint it Fuchsia, and have a cabin or some other type of home in the mountains of New Mexico. Now that we are raising our grandkids and my husband was transferred to OK and he isn't willing to take risks at a job back in NM, I am having to re-think my goals. It has been a process to accept that my bucket list as I have had planned, in part, since age 5, has to change. Right now, the only thing is to have a decent job as a therapist and raise happy healthy kids.

The only thing in my "bucket list" is to hopefully
live long enough to see Steven grown and happy. Also
to be able to continue to walk on my own 2 feet tho'
in good bit of pain as a rule

I got to do one thing on my bucket list - sleep in a yurt! (I love yurts and had always wanted to stay in one)

Other things on my list are
Travel to England
Visit Washington DC
Walk at least part of the Appalachain Trail
Get something I have written published

See Stonehenge, Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
Visit the West Coast
See New England (not NYC)

That's for starters

Location: I live in the foothills of Maine and near a major river. The area is quiet but we can be in a large city that has everything that you would want to visit. WE're two hours from Old Orchard Beach and it is so beautiful

I would love to be able to not have so much tension with my daughter. I adopted her when she was 6 and now her family has come into the picture. I walk on egg shells when we talk. I want to know and understand God better than I do now. I'd love to go on an old fashioned horse drawn sleigh ride during a snowfall.
