Do you use monitoring software

We are concerned about dd computer use and we are thinking of installing some sort of monitoring software. Do any of you use a monitoring software? What do you use and what do you recommend?
We have told her that we are considering doing this, so we are not trying to trap her or anything. She thinks it is a good idea also.

Kindly include the link to this, as I am NOT certain as to where that is in the list of other subjects. We actually have a software programe we use, and my cousins have been grateful that we do on their parents PC (different state from us).
