No problem Jamie. I am looking forward to reading "Burn" by Ted Dekker. I'll tell ya I was a lil disappointed with "Green"

Cathy, I am really looking forward to Burn, too. It looks like it will be a good one! Oh, sorry you were disappointed with Green. I haven't read any of the color ones, but Blink was my most favorite of his books.
Take care!

I just started The Secret of Lost Things by Sheridan Hays. I haven't decided if I like or not yet.

I need to get started on The Weight of Silence by Heather Gudenkauf for my book discssion group.

Sammi they have me wondering too.

I am reading To Sleep With The Angels, it is hard reading about those precious children trying to get out of their burning school. Glad I have till March 25th to read it.

Patti, that book really is a tough read but such a good book. It covers every single perspective of the story and leaves no real questions at the end which I loved

Sammi, I finished To Sleep with the Angels. SO heartbreaking--but I am amazed at how well-done the book was. The authors really succeeded in doing a moment-by-moment account of the fire. It was tough to read, but I couldn't put it down.

Barbszy, you echo my sentiments exactly. The book was hard to read due to content, heartbreaking yet fascinating and I couldn't stop reading. I loved that towards the end of the book, the authors went back and talked to survivors - the firemen, students who survived the fire and the families of those who didn't. It almost brought a sort of closure. There is a website dedicated to this fire - www.olafire.com which has the story of the fire, photos, and pages and pages of comments from those who attended the school, who remember the fire and survivors of the fire.

Reading "Cape Light" Thomas Kincade! I didn't know until recently that he is an author as well as a painter..and a mighty good one too!
