I love to go outside and start triming and weeding my flower beds. I use a hoe to weed hate getting on my hands & knees. One thing it gives you stronger arms. Have a vegetable garden takes time too. Don't like to have a messy garden especially living in a adult community try to blend the vegetable garden in with the shrubs.

When I want to relax walk down to the pool or join in on a crafting club that welcomes visitors. It gives me a time to learn new crafts and talk with friends.

Do spend time reading cooking magazines and health books. Scan and copy recipes that interest me instead of tearing them out of the magazines.

Take the time on weekends to call special friends or cousins that live out of town.

My most relaxing time is talking to my two sisters
every day and laughing about what is going on in our lives. Laughing helps keep you healthier.

When all is quiet hop on the computer. Never know who will send you an e-mail or hop on to family corner to catch up what is going on with everyone.

My eyes have started bothering me lately so it gets more tiring. Will be getting my eyes checked next month. Think my cataract is getting worse.
Hopefully new glasses will help.

Hi Donnie,

I do crewel embroidery, cross stitch, needlepoint, kint, crochet, I like to make things out of plastic canvas. I did learn to tat but haven't done that in years. Would probably have to learn all over again.

No dval, I don't know how to tattoo!!! LOL
When I said tat, I meant as in tatting. It is a type of needlwork.

Come to think of it, I guess tattooing could be considered a type of needlework too. LOL

Happy face

It depends on what I'm in the mood for.. right now it's workin on crafts. Sometimes I read, crochet or watch tv, but don't do that very often. Watching tv makes me sleepy & I never get to see an end of a movie. I usually take a bike ride or go for a walk in the early evenings. Sometimes I just sit on the swing & do nothing.

I usually like to just sit back and relax with either my word search book or a good Chicken Soup For The Soul book to read...
