If you had a chance for one of your dreams/wishes to come true, what would it be?

My parents have lived in the same house since 1977. It was an OK neighborhood back then but now it is really run down. If I could have one wish, my parents would be able to have a nicer, safer little place for their retirement years.

If I could have one wish it would be to pay up all of our bills like the house paid off, the creditcards, things like that.
