confused

I have posted about the problems with my dh. Guess I need a place to talk? He has a med check on the 13th. I am going to try to get him in to see the counselor the same night. It is one step forward and six backwards. Having car troubles.... come to find out dh has started to check fluids but never finished... didn't even put the dipstick back in. No wonder the car ran so terribly yesterday. Good news is ds is doing better ...... Dh is freaked out about me and college. I need something for ME. I don't know if this is it but.... it is worth checking in to.

I find myself sitting.... at the computer, reading or watching tv or talking on the phone...... my house is a mess and I really don't care. I could use some suggestions......... I feel so overwhelmed.

Connie, the first thing I want to do is give you a big hug. I get where you are right now. The Dr's put me on Zoloft for depression. I have to keep myself busy in order to keep from slipping back into that black hole again. When I do slip, it's just like that. My house ends up a mess and I could care less about life period. I haven't read your other posts as I am new here, but dealing with family crisis can make you run down and depressed about what's going on at home. Take some time out away from the computer, phone and TV and maybe take a walk or go to the mall and just have alone time. That helps me get back on track some of the time too.

Hugs and I hope everything works out.

I did sign up for college. It will take a month of paperwork and interviews until I know if I can get in. Dh is freaking out about it.

The car problems... well if dh would take care of a car it would help. AND if ds woudl stop lying would help too. As for dh, he has a med check next monday and a counselor appt before that. No he isn't happy aobut it but tough. As for ds, I will met him unannounced at his counselor appt this week. and you know what is gonna hit the fan. I have had enought of these two. I will stay married ONLY if things change. Dh is begining to understand that. I laid it out with dh last night and by the time I was done, he was shaking. No I wasn't that mean. I was honestly harsh. I think he realizes that I am not gonna stand by and be a servant to him for the rest of my life.

Thanks. Things will get better. Simply since I refuse to keep living this way anymore.
