Coolest Movie characters

Who, in your opinion, are some of the coolest movie characters, ever?

A few of my favorites are
"Mrs. Doubtfire" by Robin Mrs. Doubtfire

"Victor Kaborski" by Tom Hanks in Terminal

"Forrest Gump" by Tom Hanks......

I am sure there are a lot more I will think of later.

Who do you like?

hugs, train

Mrs Doubtfire

Forest Gump

Jim carrey in Man on the Moon

Like you Donna there are probably lots more but those are the ones that come to mind right now.

I loved Susan Sarandon and Geena Davis as Thelma and Louise in the movie by the same name. Despite the tragic ending, I felt their characters showed the strength and power of women's friendships. I loved Jennifer Lopez's character Slim in the movie "Enough". Good triumphs over evil - she kicks butt! I also loved Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman as Sally and Gillian Owens in the movie "Practical Magic." That movie has such an interesting story and had such a light hearted ending! Makes you want to believe in magic.

I think there are so many that I cant even begin to tell them!

I really think its cool when the actors and actress do the animated characters!!

Or when they do a tottally oposite role of what were used to seeing them do..
For Example
Jamie Fox-comedy..the RAY movie..OH MY GOODNESS He was absolutely AMAZING!!

Coolest Character - Classics

Similar to many of the names and actors already suggested, I'm going classic.

My favorites are:

Humphrey Bogart "Bogey" in Casablanca

Sean Connery - Hunt for Red October, Bond (James Bond), and Highlander (heck anything he is in!)

Clark Gabel.... Rhett Butler - Gone With the Wind

Laurence Olivier.... Heathcliff - Wuthering Heights
(yes he was in GWTW as well)

I have several female actress I like also, but the males are much more interesting!
