Freezing Foods

I dunno if this is "near" what you want, but I used to make OJ popcicles for the kids. I would slightly dilute the OJ (or else they would eat too much and get mouth ulcers) and put into the little Tupperware popcicle makers. Dilution anywhere from 1part water to 4 parts juice to a 1:1 ratio depending on how many they wanted to eat every day (the more they ate, the more I diluted them).

I have also made OJ icecubes - just use either my own fresh-squeezed or use the fresh-bottled or use reconstituted frozen concentrate and dilute about 1part water to 4 parts juice.
