Candles

I have candles in just about every room in the house (except the kids rooms) and they just make the place smell wonderful

I use a carpet freshener--cant remember the name....its to erase strong smells. I also use Fabreeze when I clean the house.

I love Yankee candles. I want to try their plug-in air fresheners too.

I have trouble with fragranced things, they just make my allergies act up. So my favorite way to freshen up the house is to open the windows!
Baking or cooking something that smells good to me is a close second, though

As of now I am using Eddie bauer Pot-pourri.
A gift from a student at school. I sit it in a bowl where the sun shines on it in the afternoon. Smells good.

I used to burn candles-but found that my husband was having asthma more often. Once I stopped that he was fine.
Miss doing that.

I used to always burn candles, then along came ds and I hardly ever do it anymore....I dont know why, its not like he can get to them! I got a recipe for homemade febreeze but have not yet made! One of these days. So I suppose I currently rely on cooking to make my house smell nice in the winter...Summer love to have the windows open as much as possible.

I burn alot of candles. I like the clean smells and some florals, I tend to stay away from the food scents, they make me hungry.

Sad face

Living as I do in China, keeping my home smelling pleasant is quite a challenge. I burn lots of candles and enjoy the homeliness of cooking smells, particularly biscuits (cookies).
