For me it would be Christmas. Its not so much the gift giving or recieving but I really like to decorate for Christmas.
And the family spending time together. And the Christmas dinner fixing everyones favorites.

I'm going to say Thanksgiving. Our family comes together and it's not for presents, it's nice to show my boys that it doesn't always revolve around material items for a family to be together.
Also, my anniversary sometimes falls on turkey day and that makes me even more grateful and blessed than I already am...

Kimmer, thank you for that beautiful message - your little boy was truly blessed also.

My fave holiday would be Easter as well, for without the Cross there is no Hope.
But I also enjoy the spirit of Christmas, not the hassles though.
Actually, any time that the family gets together is OK by me, and for that day it is my favourite holiday.

Christmas is pretty much my fave too for lots of reasons mainly we are celebrating Our Lords birth, but also enjoy the trappings we have all gotten use to having, the nice dinner, the decorations, family gatherings and yes the presents too

Love the fall with all the leaves changing, Thanksgiving, through Christmas & New year. It's hard to choose with each season change there is something to love about it. Least fav is Summer though because it causes health issues for me and is so hot & humid where we live.
It is hard to love the fall and dread it too. It's usually the beginning of the slide into depression and I have to fight hard to stay positive. So many family members have passed from here at this time, but the hardest ones were my mom whom I cared for while she went through Chemo and cancer treatments (11/3/2008), and the sudden loss of my son 2 months and 4 days later (1/7/2009). I already have the Dr. appointment for the "happy pill" which seems to help. Been through al the grief classes, and the blood worked revealed it is an imbalance with the "horrormones" not unlike the PMS /PMDD I suffered with several years ago. You're welcome to anyone who is diagnosed with that, as I was one of THOSE women who were tested and proved it's real!
Anyway, starting to get the house ready for Thanksgiving and keeping busy! (less time to think)
