Welcome to the 2012Christmas Card Exchange
This is our 10th year for this card exchange!


If you are new to this exchange, you will receive a really cool holiday card exchange icon!

Please use the link below to sign up. I will collect the names from Oct. 19th thru November 9th.
No names will be accepted after that.



The rules for this year's exchange will remain the same as last year.
Please take a minute to read all of the rules:

You must have 75 posts to join the exchange.

This year, I will collect the names and create 2 or 4 lists of 10-15 names --
(of course, this number will depend on how many members sign up this year.)

You will be given a choice of either receiving one list of names OR receiving
the entire set (all lists) of names to send out to.

Please include your choice when you send in your mailing information.

This will make things a lot less complicated for me and save me some time too.



The cards must be sent through snail mail and NOT by email. We will be doing
this on the honor system. By signing up for this exchange, you are giving me your word
that you will send a card to everyone on your list(s).

The official "send off" weeks for the cards will be Nov 26 thru Dec. 7th. Please
aim to mail your cards out by the 7th at the latest so that everyone will have plenty
of time to enjoy their greetings!



If you are sending cards out of the country, please remember to send as early as possible
and to mail with the correct amount of postage.

I have notified Amanda that I have this set up. If you sign up now you will be taken back to the 2011 sign up. She will need to put me in as the person to get your info. When she does that I think I should get all info that has already been sent in. But I can't be positive. Only Amanda has the necessary forms to do this. Amanda has to do a couple of things first. I explained in my post above that you would be taken back to the 2011 thread until she gets it changed. And she has to put me in as being the one to receive your info.
