I have been diagnosed with PCOS. Since we are still TTC and Im getting really tired of taking all these meds., Im taking matters into my own hands starting with a low carb. diet ( read change of lifestyle). On top of this, I have really low iron levels. I have been taking iron pills for 3 months but that doesnt seem to be doing the trick on its own so now Im in search for iron rich foods that are still low in carbs. Any recipe ideas ?
This is going to be hard because I love a good noodle or potato
I also love chocolate, sweets , steak.......the bottom line is that I like to eat , LOL !!!!
Any advise from anyone already doing this ?
