H!!! Congrats on TOPS! I hear its a great program.

I am doing super! Just maintaining. Now that I have my metabolism back in shape I can pretty much eat whatever I want, but am staying mindful of what goes down the gullet. Still at gym 4 days a week and I started Brazilian Butt Lift DVD's last week and I do them every weekday.

How is everyone else??

Hey gang, it's been awhile! Let's see, I've been cutting back more on the carbs, even cutting back on the 12 grain bread. I'm upping the walking, am doing at least 2 miles almost every day, would like to up it to 3 miles. There are some results, have gone to a size 16 from an 18. I'd like to see it come off faster but I think stress has really been my thing to keep the weight on. I've not really been overdoing but my middle isn't shrinking all that much. The stress has eased so I'm hoping my body will let that fat roll in the middle go down too!

Gotta get moving, things to do, people to annoy!

Jodi, how did you get your metabolism in check? I think mine is too low I can eat low amounts of food and excerise and not loose a thing. I need to get my stress eating under control as I've put on 6 lbs.
