Some people have cholesterol that is hereditary and even if they run marathons they still have to take medications to lower it. You've probably all seen those silly commercials for the medication to lower it, I think it was for Lipitor. Anyway they showed how it can be caused by hereditary and also diet.

I either walked and/or exercised to DVD's four days this week, which is better than I usually do. So far I have kept my 3-pound weight loss for two weeks.

I know when I was taking an aerobics class several years ago the instructor said if you couldn't carry on a conversation you were working out to hard. You shouldn't be so out of breath that you can't breathe and talk.

Where is everyone?

I did get my ball routine done this morning. I am still doing the ten minute workout. Next week I will start doing a different tape in the series.

I mowed the jungle yesterday, then walked a mile last night. Today was all run, run, run, softball practice, church in between making supper, doing laundry, doing dishes.

I'm tired. I really need bed.

Hi Bluebird! Im back!!!!

I hope everyone had a super Memorial Day weekend. I was off all last week and will NOT get on a scale.

I did not get up and walk for fear it would be raining but have myself all ready to do so tomorrow and get back into my routine.

Hope to see this thread more active now that the holiday is over. Good luck to all!

J~

I did get on the scale, still stuck at 219 but it's better than going up, right? Am home sick today, think I may have bronchitis, if it's not that it's a really bad cold. Just feel like I've been hit by a steam roller. Just waiting for the Mucinex to do its job, lol.

Hope you all had a good weekend. Once this thing starts going away I'm upping the work out, have modified the eating, now it's time to up the exercise.

Hugs all.

Lisa

I'm doing good with the eating part, but I just hate exersizing.
Over the week-end we went to a flea market and I did a lot of walking. Slept good both nights we were there so I guess I got a lot of fresh air!

I guess my flab won't shape up though if I don't exersize it. LOL
