Lisa!!! You can do it! I know you can. This time of the year is the hardest but if you conquer it now, you have slayed the dragon!

Connie dont over do it. I know its the holidays and I am sure you want your new house in ship shape but as Patti said, keep good care of you.

Apricot! 5 lbs. Super job! You should find this easier now that you hit this amount. I did anyway.

I am day 3 of cleansing. I am not eating dairy or meat. Loads of veggies, fish and grains. Emphasis on veggies. I have lots of echinacea and green tea (both decaf) here and vitamins up the whazoo. I am drinking water like its going out of style. I really want to flush out all of these rolls, butter and wine.

I have to say, my tummy feels flatter.

(This is NOT a product endorsement. I am using Ultimate Detox and Cleanse by Michael's Naturopathic Programs). Purchased at Whole Foods. I am supposed to take 4 horse pills 3 x a day with meals but I have only done 2 x a day. I don't know how *ahem* "powerful" these are, and I had a business meeting last evening so wanted to be on the safe side. Today will be the full dose. o_O

J~ that's excellent! Good for you!!!

I haven't been on the scale in 2 days. I'm big time PMS'ing and bloating so, not gonna put myself thru looking at a number that's "inflated", lol!

Giving it a few more days, THEN I'll get on the scale again.

Hugs!
Lisa

I am down a jean size. Not eating for a week is NOT the way to lose weight. Dh and kids say I look like I lost 20 pounds but I know I didn't lose that much.

Yeah for us!! We are doing great!!

I am eating now and I tried to eat when I was sick. I coughed so hard my gag reflex was touchy. I am feeling better. Give another week or two and I will be me again!

I'm glad you are feeling better.

I haven't been on the scale, haven't thought about it until later in the day.

This is an awful picture of my face and my teeth look grey (they're not), but after all this time I have a picture of me in my new size 6 capri's! Mike took this Friday when we went to dinner.

I'm not trying to be a braggart. But if you know ALL I went thru to get this weight off...

Anyway thank you for letting me share.
