No to the diet but YES to the exercise. For Christmas I asked for a Gazelle Edge exercise machine and my goal right now is to use it 20 minutes a day, 4 days a week. Then I will slowly increase the time and how many days I use it. I like using this machine because it's very quiet, and I can watch TV while I exercise.

Normally I don't exercise at all, but I know I should, so I am starting slow and building up from there. I'd really like to run, like Big DS, but every time I try that I get shin splints. So I will settle for using this machine.

I feel I eat very healthy and feed the family healthy meals. I don't like excercising and feel with all I do that's excercising enough for me. lol To tell the truth I use to excercise and at one time even went to the gym. I didn't like it and it made me feel tired afterwards. Good Luck to all on your diet and excercise programs! Hugs...

Bought a gym membership last summer. I went religiously for 3 months, and quit. I'm starting back....15 pounds later!

I've joined weight watchers online program.
I hope it helps me. I had back surgery Dec.7th so it will be awhile before I can try hard exercises.

I'm tring to make our meals healthy but my thing is to get more exercise in. I weigh 210 ans would like to see someday wiegh 160 again. one step at a time.

I'm not going on a new exercise or diet regime, but am just trying to cut back on the fats and calories. I did start riding my exercise bike when I get the chance, but haven't set any schedule with it--just going by how I can handle it basically. Good luck everyone with your goals!
