Ditch the shoes to feel brand-new with Earthing

Been reading how healing energy is delivered straight to you from the Earth.
The Earth is struck by lightning thousands of times a minute so it's endowed with fresh electrons, which are negatively charged. When skin touches the ground the body absorbs the electrons, which work to neutralize the positively charge free radicals in the body that promote inflammation, weight gain, pain, insomnia, and premature aging.
Studies show just 20-30 min. of Earthing cuts inflammation markers by up to 277%. People reported significant improvements in chronic pain and sleep.

Three ways to reap the benefits.
Go barefoot

Bare feet are the best conductors of electrons, the particles enter through the ball of the feet and run up the base of the skull. Early morning and evenings are the best time when surface electrons tend to be higher when the sun isn't directly overhead. Electrons enter readily from dewy grass than dry grass due to the conductive minerals dissolved in ground condensation.

Putter around in moccasins

Pliable leather conducts nearly as well as our skin. Electrons won't pass through most interior flooring materials such as vinyl or wood. You will be grounded in your basement or garage, or out doors on sidewalks and stone paths in addition to grass and dirt.

Get touchy feely with a tree

Spending time around trees lower stress hormones, blood pressure and enhances autonomic nervous system activity such as digestion by 55%. Grounding is a likely factor. Trees are alive themselves, unlike conductors such as rocks, they retain deep reservoirs of charge that transfer freely through touch. Even seconds of direct physical contact using any part of your body imparts benefits. A short grounding session can improve electrical balance and make a meaningful difference in your health.

I love to go barefoot! My feet somewhat suffer from it though now that I am "older". To keep the pain away I usually have to wear very tight laced shoes; hate that because I go barefoot as much and often as I can till things act up and back to tightly laced shoes.

“The value of doing something does not lie in the ease or difficulty, the probability or improbability of its achievement, but in the vision, the plan, the determination and the perseverance, the effort and the struggle which go into the project. Cat I am with you. I love being barefoot. I love the feel of the grass, etc. Winter kills me.

Can't barefoot any more but used to all the time. Now after four foot surgeries,( 2 on each foot), it isn't doable. That and I don't have any fat on bottoms of my feet now.

CONNIE, it has been a challenge to find shoes that fit the orthotics well and as for dress shoes, yes I can wear them but for only limited time. When I look at other peoples problems mine don't look so bad though.
