vitamins

who takes vitamins? What kind do you take?
have you seen a difference in feeling better with more energy?

I'm fixing to start college and I know I will be needing more energy. Working in the day, and college at nights.

looking for suggestions.
thanks in advance

I used to take a One A Day multi vitamin for women. Yes, I did feel a difference when I was taking it.

Make sure your iron levels remain normal, too, during your busy schedules.

It's wonderful to hear that you are going back to college! I wish you the best of luck!!!

thanks Tami, I'm not going back to college, as this is my first time around for college at my age. LOL
Last week was a killer on my ankles but I survived.

Bar-Bar I take a B-12 every day I think it helps me. I want to get a One a Day for women over 50 but did not have the $$ this time when I went to the commissary

I take my Generic Centrum Complete for Women almost every day, and when I do I am so wired for the day it's unbelievable, but I don't get the jitters and crashing feeling I get when I have something with caffeine in it, and I seem to sleep better at night too - no need for the afternoon nap (feeling).
Good Luck with those classes, and remember the coffee stand is only your friend when classmates are helping you study.

Patti, I take 5,000 IU's of Vit D3 everyday..and I have regular bloodwork done, to make sure I am at the level I need to be.

It seems like every woman I speak to is taking VitD..there are alot of benefits in taking this.

Hugs, Janet

I can not think for the life of me the strength of my Vit-D. There for awhile she had me taking it every day for 3 month then said just once a week on Wed. I had blood work recently and all was fine. I am getting tired now so guess better get back in bed. Good nite all
