Gluten Free when Traveling

Many times we have to travel for medical reasons, and I found the best place for me to grab something to eat is at the Grocery store.

I hit the Deli and look for meats that are gluten free. Kretschmar Deli meat is Gluten Free...always ask, to be safe.
Next ask for some cheese, then you can roll the cheese and meat together for a quick snack while traveling.

Fresh fruit, is also a great choice, or buy tiny cans of fruit.

There are more and more snacks like chips, tortilla chips, apple chips, or veggie chips.

I also love Lemon Luna bars, it makes a quick breakfast on the go with your favorite beverage. It does contain soy, so be careful if you take certain meds for thyroid.

The world of Gluten Free is opening up.

I popped into a restaurant and had a wonderful greek salad, with basic oil and was delish.

If you are a beer drinker, there is Gluten free beer now too.

I also heard there are wines that are gluten free and some of the hard liquor is too.

I don't drink stuff like this, or even coffee...I am a tea drinker and recently I found Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate is Gluten is so nice to have something different to drink.

If you have any Gluten Free items you like, Please share, for I am always looking for new food.

Thank you dear friends.

If it doesn't nourish your soul,
Don't Keep it.
