Fruit Pizza

Jungle Fever Fruit Pizza
Fruit pizza is fun because your kids can choose their favourite fruits. Assembling the pizza is a creative taste adventure.

For the crust:
1/4 cup (63ml) Butter or stick margarine
5 cups (120ml) Kelloggs Rice Krispies
1 bag (250g) Jet Puffed Marshmallows (about 40 full sized marshmallows)
1/2 tsp (2ml) vanilla (optional)

For the filling:
1, 8 oz (227g) package Kraft Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese
1 1/2 cups (375ml) confectioners sugar
1/2 cup (125ml) Kraft Cool Whip

For the topping:
fresh fruits

Method
Melt butter or margarine over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Remove from heat, add vanilla and Rice Krispies. With buttered hands, press mixture into a buttered pizza pan (or try it free-form, about 1/2 inch thick).

Blend the cream cheese and confectioners sugar in a bowl. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread the filling over the cooled crust.

For the topping:
Slice fresh fruits and set out for the kids to pile on!

Timesaver Tip: Use Kellogg's Rice Krispie Squares Bars for individual treats. Apply filling and fresh fruit.
