Veggie Pizza and Fruit Pizza

I am constantly asked to bring these to cookouts, potlucks, etc so decided to share them with you. They are easy to make too.

Veggie Pizza:

2 pkgs. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz) pkg of cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
1 cup of each cauliflower, broccoli, tomato and carrots
2 cups grated cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onion

Pat rolls onto a cookie sheet making a crust and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool crust. Mix together and smooth over crust: cream cheese, mayonnaise, and ranch dressing. Layer: cauliflower, broccoli, tomato, carrots, green onion and cheese. Chill.

Note: You can use whatever veggies you like - they all taste good.

Fruit Pizza:

2 pkg sugar cookie dough
2 pkg cream cheese
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 small container cool whip
2 tsp of vanilla
1 cup each of strawberries, pineapple, mandarin oranges and kiwi or any fruit you like

pat cookie dough onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until browned. Cool. Beat together cream cheese, confectioners sugar. Add in cool whip and vanilla. Spread on crust. Top with fruit. Chill.
