Spicy Stir Fried Broccoli

Spicy Stir Fried Broccoli

4 c broccoli flowerets
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 T defatted stock
1 T dark sesame oil
dash red pepper flakes
2 t soy sauce
1 t lemon juice

In a 10" non stick skillet, combine broccoli,
garlic and stock. Cover and bring liquid to
simmering over med-high heat. Cook 2 to
3 minutes longer until broccoli turns bright
green. Add sesame oil, red pepper flakes,
soy sauce and lemon juice. Shake pan
well to coat broccoli with sauce. Cook
uncovered stirring 3 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.

Nutritional information:
53 calories
4 g fat
2 g protein
4 g carbohydrates
no cholesterol
191 mg sodium
