Soup Any Time You Need It!

After making a batch of soup, spoon the soup into the muffin cup tin and freeze. Once they set, in the freezer place the tin in 1 inch of hot water for 60 sec. Once the soup cubes are loosened you can pop them out with a knife. Store them in a
sealable plastic bag in the freezer. Each well holds 3/4 to 1 cup. Heat as needed. Easy to enjoy with this trick.

Always end up discarding soup that I save in containers after a few days. This idea should work out better with small amounts.
