Passionfruit Frosting

    100g cream cheese, softened
    90g icing sugar, sifted
    1-2 tbsp passionfruit pulp


    Beat the cream cheese and icing sugar until light and creamy. Add the passionfruit pulp and beat for 2 minutes, or until the frosting is light and fluffy. Spread over the cake.
