One Bowl Buttercream Frosting

6 TABLESPOONS BUTTER OR MARGARINE, SOFTENED
HERSHEY'S COCOA:
1/3 CUP FOR LIGHT FLAVOR
1/2 CUP FOR MEDIUM FLAVOR
3/4 CUP FOR DARK FLAVOR ( MY FAV)
2 2/3 CUPS CONFECTIONER'S SUGER
1/3 CUP MILK
1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT

IN A SMALL MIXER BOWL CREAM BUTTER.
ADD COCOA AND CONFECTIONER'S SUGER ALTERNATELY WITH MILK; BEAT TO SPREADING CONSISTENCY ( ADDITIONAL MILK MAY BE NEEDED). BLEND IN VANILLA.

MAKES ABOUT 2 CUPS OF FROSTING.

Chocolate Frosting

It's not a thick frosting, in fact you pour it on and
it's runny, but hardens up in the fridge....

Chocolate Frosting

2 C Powdered Sugar
4 Tbsp Dutch Cocoa Powder
3 Tbsp Butter
3 Tbsp Cream Cheese
1/4 Tsp Vanilla
1/2 C Boiling Water

Mix the powdered sugar and the cocoa powder. Melt
the butter and cream cheese together. Add the
melted mixture to the powder and immediately mix
with a hand mixer until the mixture is crumbly.
Add the vanilla. Slowly add the water and mix on
high speed until the mixture thins enough to pour
and becomes smooth. Pour over cake, dessert, etc.,
and chill for a few minutes to set.
