I was in Millersburg Amish area last March. Loved every minute spent there. We stayed at Berlin Grande really nice place and great staff too. There is an Amish Restaurant next door to it super yummy food there. We brought back Cheese, Peanut Butter, Apple Butter and several other things. Doubt if we will ever get back there with price of gas now.
Hope to see you around in other threads. God bless

Hi again Markie, nope don't live near I live in small town in VA not too far from Norfolk. I live across the street from my middle dau and her hutbby & son. Gina, Steven & I were the ones to make the trip we went to Michigan to take one of the pugs to her older son. And on way back since I really admire the Amish we stopped there . I made friends with one of the "behind the desk" ladies at Berlin Grande we exchange emails and recipes. And we are friends on Facebook

Yes always nice to make new friends. I know if we are able to go back to that area we will stay at same place. Jen will be surprised to see how much Steven has grown. Little rat is way taller than me now. Think he is 5' 6" now like Gina. Where as dear Granny is a midget 4' 10" now

Good afternoon Markie and all who may be reading this. It is sunny out 48 but going lower so will bundle up in morning when I go to church. Just hope my
joints are not hurting too much I know they will be hurting as that is a day in and day out thing.
I have always been the shortest in my family well except for the younger grands/greats.
I will not be going anywhere today. Not sure what we will have for supper tonite
Oh red hair dominates in my family but what I have left is gray

Sunny and then cloudy with another chance of some storms this afternoon here. Hung out two load of wash, took them down and hung a third; with as windy as it is I might get them down before any rain starts!

What are you doing on the Saturday?
