FREEZING COOKED TURKEY & STUFFING
Yesterday I roasted a whole turkey with stuffing in preparation for a party today. We had to cancel that party but I want to freeze the turkey & stuffing for the rescheduled event.
Right now I have the food in covered containers: white meat, dark meat, stuffing all separate. I cut all the meat off the bone.
I had planned to reheat it in the oven with a little chicken broth. Should I put it in freezer bags WITH the broth I plan to use, or do it another way?
