What a nice gift I received!

My MIL just gave me a grocery sack full of Pecans (already cracked)! I am going to bag them and put in the freezer. I will have pecans for all my baking now!

I have kept pecans in the freezer for over a year and they were just fine. I don't know if I would want to keep them much longer than that, but I thought I would let you know that it is possible.

Do you have any good Pecan recipes? I would really be interested since they don't grow around here. Too cold!
