Freezing Fresh Basil...

Freezing Fresh Basil is a good way to store it for future use...Place chopped basil in a ice cube tray and cover with water...Freeze...Remove cubes to a resealable freezer bag...to use just drop a cube into soups, sauces or stews...

Great idea. I keep meaning to pick up some ice cube trays from the thrift store or Walmart and always forget. They are great for coffee too, coffee enhances the flavor of soups and stews as well
