Agood place to get ideas is the freezer section at the grocery store. I have "passed through" not to buy, but to gain inspiration.

Jackie,

I use the sharpies to mark my cartons of food for the freezer. I have never had trouble getting it to come off if I use a sponge with the scrubber side on it. That takes it right off when you soak it in hot soapy water. The wire scrubbers, brushes, and most anything else failed to take it off, but this works.

I have several cookbooks that are specifically for cooking for the freezer. If anyone wants any type of recipe let me know and I will look up some good ones to share with all of you. These are several years old so they have really good recipes in them
