Question canning mayo

I made some horseradish-mayo-honey spread.
Vary good, and then I put some in jars and canned, 10 min. @ 10 lbs. Is this safe?

Krisp, I am glad you found this. I hope you get some replies. You could also post this on Moms Menu , our sister site on our canning section and there are a lot of cooks there as well.

Good luck getting response. I am curious as well.

I've been canning for years and No, this is absolutely not safe. Mayo has eggs in it and it would not be at all safe. Please contact your local Agriculture Extension Office for safety questions.
