Post Instructions for canning beef

Can someone answer a few questions regarding canning beef in a 12 qt Mirro Pressure Canner? I don't have an instruction book and I need to know by tomorrow how many pounds pressure and how long to cook the quarts. I really appreciate any help I can get.
Thanks
Karen

I'll bet if you contacted the maker of your pressure cooker on the internet you could get the instruction book from them. Also maybe even the answer to your question. Just go to Yahoo or google & typr in the brand name.

Pressure Canning Beef Question

If you are unable to find or locate your pressure canner site, contact your local Cooperative Extension Office (under your state or county government). Their Family and Consumer Sciences Agent should be able to help you.

Good Luck!
