Arrow Turkey question: Using the Turkey Carcass

I have been boiling a turkey carcas off and on for a week. Do
you think it is safe to freeze now? It has been kept refrigerated......

Should I boild it again to make sure the bacteria is gone?

How many times in total have you boiled the carcass? And, for how long each time?

turkey question

I have boiled the turkey for more than 4 hours and I did that twice.............

Linda, the carcass should be safe to freeze then

Thank you Cindy.... I thought so, but wanted another opinion... Poultry you can be touchy.... I will debone it tonight and freeze the soup base... has a lot of meat in it... didn't want to loose it all.........but didn't want to get sick either
