There is a book" Don't Sweat The Small Stuff", by Kristine & Richard Carlson that I have read that was very good. I know I still have the book trying to find it again. It was a best seller at one time.
It is true life is stressful but things have a way of straightening out even when we do nothing.

Lisa, like Pattie said, I don't think anyone took it personally. Sometimes you just need to UNLOAD! I have written some of my friends here who know some of my circumstances here at home and with my grown children... It always feels so good to talk to them because they truly understand as a couple of them have been through or are going through the same things I am. When you get like that sometimes you feel like you are the only one- but you are not. I am thinking about you!

The past is the past and the future is ahead of you, don't look back on bad things as it only clouds what good things are ahead.
Pick your battles .... I have always lived by this and it does make for happier times.

Ladies, I hope those of you who are having problems can get these taken care of and be on the road to healing from them. Healing is a long process.
Remember we are all here for everyone. Prayers for all concerns.
