What type of fitness routines or programs are you using/trying out? Do you like it?
Is there a new fitness routine that you've recently tried that you could tell us about? Maybe you've bought a new DVD or signed up for a new class?
Do you like or not? What would you change?
Tell us about it!

Bilby I agree with you about Curves, I tried it and I loved it, but it is too expensive for me right now. I did invest in Kinect for xbox360, I know it sounds lame, but I really like it! My dd downloaded some Zumba for me, I have yet to try it, but I am looking forward to it. I find that if we play any of the games, I end up with a workout. it is fun!

Cooked ~ I know several ladies that do the wii fit etc and love it. We don't have any console game boxes the kids are so over it so the PS 1 went LOL Go with what works for you.
I went for my weigh in today after being back 1 month and although I've not lost weight, I haven't changed my diet I wanted to see how it went, but I've lost several centimetres on bust, waist, hips and arms, my thighs are ok as they are so no biggy I didn't lose there lol.
So now I'll play with my diet, I only really want to lose 5kilos and christmas time will be the hardest to keep even let along lose!
I got muscles again!

I do two yoga classes, two weights classes and one called "Fit Fusion" which is a cardio and weights class every week. Just added the second weight class three weeks ago but the others four I've been doing for ten months now. Sure makes a difference.

We live by a park so have been walking a lot. As it warms up I will start using the gym. At the gym I walk on the treadmill, use leg and arm equipment (I don't know what the machines are called) and do floor exercises and stretches.
In June the gyms outdoor pool will open!!!
hugs, train

I'm back at a new gym and they are great there, it's a bit smaller and more personal, they don't make you feel old, unfit and stupid! I also have a personal trainer every other week, and I have to say that I can keep up with what she gives me better now, I am fitter, I can jog for a couple of hundred metres several times and I couldn't before I'd be puffed out. I love this gym
