I would like to be included when you start the new one too. By keeping track it makes you get out and walk. I rode ds' bike to school for him, then while he and his sister rode home I walked it.

With DH away for the week I haven't been able to get out and walk. I had been doing so well, too.

Got some exercise last night, though: we were playing "beachball volleyball" with our neighbors, over the fence. It was lots of fun.

You know what I was having to do, to motivate myself? I put a little sticker on my planner calendar for each day I walked my mile. 40 years old, and getting a sticker still motivates me

Kelly, Thank you! I recieved my goodies today. I love the flashing light pendant, especially since we have started walking at dusk. I hadn't seen the article on walking in the magazine you sent, and look forward to reading it. I'm planning on a Subway lunch later this week! Thank you again!

We are still walking about 5 miles a week, less than what I was doing alone, but hubby has wanted to go with me and he doesn't like to go as far.

Will we be starting another marathon? I am ready and willing when everybody else is.

Let's get going! We can do it!

I've got 11 miles in! Why quit now! Barbszy, I think that sticker idea may just get me off my tired butt!
