You might get some idea from these threads:

Also Jorge ( Im not sure of his last name) has an 8 minute workout (s) that are supposed to be pretty good.

Can anyone help with his last name?

Thanks,

"O" magazine has some great workout cards in their magazine this month for people who do not have a lot of time to work out and who cannot get to a gym. The exercises vary each day of the week and only require a small amt. of space and a short amount of time. I am going to give them a try so it might be worth a look. They might be on the Oprah website as well.

The website for Oprah is www.Oprah.com and on the website you can click on her magazine. Not sure if the workouts are listed but they might be. I subscribe to her magazine and have to say it is one of the best magazines I read. It isn't all fluff!

workout tips

Hello all - I am a stay at home mom of 3 under 7 and I home school the older two - with a side business - so like all of you - I know busy! But I have found with my life that I seem to have time to do what is really important to me! I exercise every morning by jumping rope in my dining room. I will probably get a lot of flack from others who swear that they think jumping will certainly kill you, but I've been doing it for 4 years now 7 days a week and (I'm 35) am in the best shape of my life! It tones your arms and butt and everthing necessary at once. Get some good music clear a small space and jump away baby!

Carpediem, you have gotten me motivated to get my jump rope out. I have been thinking about it for awhile as my walking buddy can't walk very often and I don't like walking alone, especially in the dark and cold of winter. Jump roping is something I can do at home and get the same results, maybe even better results. Thanks for the information that it does work!! Now I will definitely give it a shot.
