In my family, my dd needs iron so she takes a one a day with iron. I cannot take iron, it almost killed me once and I was told not to take it or risk a heart attack. We take echinacea, generic vitamins usually weekly and have started on oregano oil. I don't know much about vitamins, but would love to learn more about them.

I started taking a daily multivitamin for about 2 weeks but I swear that it was making me more tired that I ever was before. I stopped taking it and now I'm feeling better.

I also take two iron pills a day to deal with my low iron problem. I take Vit C, too, but not with the iron pills.

What does the oregano oil do?

I take vitamin E and have for quite a few years. It seems to help with dry skin. I also take a 400 mg D with my calcium. D is the sunshine vitamin and they say those of us that live in the North don't get enough D from the sun in the winter. And in the season for colds I take C also.
