Use old blue jeans to make a patch work quilt. They are warm and look cool. I usually cut into 4 x 4 or 6 x 6 squares, then sew together and back with flannel or fleece or in the recycle mode - use an old sheet.
Use both men's and women's jeans. All shades.
Make nice quilted throws for holiday gifts.

I love using old jeans for quilts!

Just had to get two new tires on one of the vehicles so that is another two tires for raised veggie beds! My rhubarb grows really well in one of those! Lettuce, spinach, just all sorts of things to grow in them! And you don't have to pay that feel for the disposing off them!

Rhubarb grows like a bad weed, so no need to worry over planting in a full-sun location.

Everyone on the gardening website cannot get over how fast my tree is coming back to life all over with new branches from top to bottom. Natural fertilizer is always better. Even feeding my old fig tree that I started from a twig fifteen years ago is getting fuller.

This is the fig tree I was talking about. The fruit will be as large as plums.
